Brian Piltz Joins Emida Team as EVP of Global Business Development
FOOTHILL RANCH, California, July 18, 2013 (Business Wire) – Emida, a leader in the global prepayment and value transfer market, has announced that Brian Piltz, a seasoned industry veteran, has joined the management team to grow its global business as EVP of Global Business Development. Brian will report directly to Shane Belovsky, acting CEO of Emida.
Brian previously acted as Emida’s VP of International Business Development, responsible for securing new business with cellular carriers around the world at Emida from 2002-2010. He introduced Emida Direct Top-Up (DTU) to carriers in over 30 countries including Bermuda, Bahamas, Fiji, Guyana, Nigeria, Panama, Papua New Guinea and Suriname.
Upon returning as EVP of Global Business Development, Brian will be responsible for developing and implementing Emida’s global go-to-market strategy for its carrier-focused electronic payment solutions. He will also be responsible for establishing new business partnerships worldwide and working with a number of Emida’s existing international carriers and partners.
