Telecom Cook Islands, the main provider of fixed phone, mobile and broadband services to the Cook Islands, introduced “e-top up” service in December 2010.

The response has exceeded expectations and within a year of its launch, the equivalent of 50% of the population were using the service 4 times a month to add credit to their prepaid mobile accounts.
