Emida Announces Nine New Products and Services for U.S. Market

For the past three years, Emida has consistently expanded their products and services offering. This year, they add new top-up, bill pay and money transfer options, among others. The complete list of new products and services includes: International Top-Up, AT&T Post Paid, Mobile Net Pin-Less, Homies No Mas, Medcuida, Wallie-Card, ReachOut Wireless, and extended money transfer and bill payment services.
Each of the new products and services is designed to give Emida’s clients more flexibility, more value add and better customer retention. The new International Top-Up option allows consumers in the U.S. to add minutes to mobile phones worldwide in real-time – and the sender only needs to know the number they are topping up. AT&T Post Paid brings new real-time bill payment convenience for AT&T wireless customers, and Mobile Net Pin-Less lets consumers add international long distance to existing phone lines without any connection or maintenance fees.
A fourth new product that opens new market segments to Emida and its U.S. customers is ReachOut Wireless, a government assisted cellular services for income eligible households, provided by Nexus Communications, Inc. ReachOut features caller ID, call waiting, 3-way calling, voicemail, nationwide long distance, unused minutes roll over, and minutes never expire. ReachOut is available in 25 states and allows prepaid denominations of $5.00 (25 minutes) to $50.00 (700 minutes).
In addition to the new products and services mentioned above, Emida has also teamed with highly respected Giromex to offer money transfer with over 10,000 pay out locations in Mexico, and they’ve teamed with IPP to provide all-in-one bill payment solutions to unbanked customers. Rounding out the new offerings are Homies No Mas, an easy-to-use service that allows users to make long distance calls anywhere in the world at low, discounted rates, Medcuida, a prepaid medical membership product for users in both the U.S. and Mexico, providing a range of health-related services including 24×7 unlimited medical assistance by phone, and Wallie-Card, a prepaid internet payment option accepted at over 1,600 websites worldwide for online games, music and video downloads, and virtual communities.
