Emida Introduces i-wireless Instant Refill from Cincinnati Bell

Cincinnati Bell distributes a range of telecommunication products and services to customers in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana and uses the Emida platform to distribute its i-wireless prepaid mobile products.  It has now developed a new direct top up product called i-wireless Instant Refill.  This provides an easy, flexible, end-to-end alternative to the current, standard PIN-on-receipt method of applying funds to a prepaid mobile account.  With i-wireless Instant Refill, customers can select any amount to top up from $5 to $100 and have the funds add directly to their account at the time of the transaction removing the need to remember and correctly enter a PIN number.
