Emida Fills Key Positions

Foothill Ranch, California, USA – June 30, 2009.  Emida Technologies Inc., a leading provider of electronic prepaid solutions, today announced they have filled two key positions to help maintain continued company growth.

First, Martyn Fricker has been promoted to Director, Business Development where he reports to Dennis Andrews, CEO of Emida.  The new position covers company strategy as well as several key strategic programs.  Martyn has been with Emida for 3 years and previously worked for telecom carriers and cable TV companies in Asia, the Caribbean & Europe, including Binariang Sdn Bhd, Cable and Wireless Ltd, Comcast and US West.

Dennis Andrews said “Martyn has made an enormous contribution to Emida and has set the standard for many key programs.  Our management team whole-heartedly and unanimously welcomes his promotion”.

Second, Emida has been fortunate to secure the services of Greg Coogan to replace Martyn.  Greg is based in Oviedo, Florida and was previously VP Sales, More Magic and VP Mobile, Cable and Wireless (Northern Caribbean).
