Currently, Emida Customer Support resources cover 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday-Saturday, Eastern Standard Time excluding holidays where coverage hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST. Outside of these hours, Emida offers normal out-of-hours support.
As of July 1 2009, Emida customers will be able to contact Emida Customer Support for prompt, friendly and efficient answers in English or Spanish on any Emida issue at any hour on any day by dialing 800-650-8787 FREE (from the US) or +1-949-699-1401 and selecting option 2 (from outside the US).
