Emida Signs LGI Telecom to Debisys Network

FOOTHILL RANCH, California and MIAMI, Florida, March 21, 2006 (Business Wire) – Emida Technologies, a leader in the global prepayment and value transfer market, announced today that LGI Telecom has selected Emida’s Debisys platform to provide electronic POSA transaction processing to their clients.

For the past twelve years, LGI Telecom has provided services primarily to independently owned and operated stores on the West Coast through their offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, La Puente and Monterey, CA.

LGI will offer cellular and long distance products via the Debisys network. Designed to run on terminals from a wide range of terminal suppliers, Debisys will allow LGI to move from their current hard card model to electronic transactions at over 5,000 direct customer locations. Emida will also offer the LGI long distance products to its network of distributors.
