About AmeriTel

American Telecommunications, Inc. [AmeriTel] was incorporated in New York State in November of 1996 after purchasing the paging and electronics business of First Beep, Inc. First Beep consisted of one retail location in downtown Manhattan, selling beepers, small electronics, and AT&T cellular phones. It had a customer base of 4,000 monthly airtime subscribers and several corporate clients. In 1997, switching its focus to cellular phones, ATI became a dealer for both Omnipoint and Sprint PCS.

Initially a sub-agent, ATI leveraged its relationship and commitment to T-Mobile to become T-Mobile’s largest national prepaid Master Dealer for three years running, and T-Mobile’s largest post-paid Master on the entire East Coast, from Maine to Florida. ATI now distributes over 25,000 connected digital handsets monthly through its East Coast sub-agent network of over 700 retail agents and 40 company-owned or controlled retail stores.

What makes AmeriTel stand out from the rest is its exceptional customer service, experienced sales teams, cutting edge technology, and attention to detail. AmeriTel, using its proprietary information system, provides all customers with up-to-date inventory, prices, commission detail, and financial information.
