Terminal Exchange (TE) to supply its services via the Debisys network

FOOTHILL RANCH, CA – July 21, 2004 – Debisys, Inc., a leading provider of prepaid transaction processing solutions, announced today it has signed an agreement with Terminal Exchange (TE) to supply services on its POSA network.

The agreement brings Terminal Exchange to the growing Debisys network where TE will be selling a full line of products to their distribution base. Terminal Exchange is a “one-stop shop” for credit card processing terminals, products and equipment. The company is initially targeting the Latin American market with a launch in Miami, Florida and will be deploying on the Ingenico and Nurit terminals.
