Emida Announces Strategic Partnership Agreement With Moretime Europe
Miami – September 5, 2003. More Time, an European based provider of Worlwide International Long Distance calling services and Emida, a provider of transactional networks for electronic prepaid distribution, bill payment and money transfer targeting the Global Hispanic market, have agreed to jointly deploy and operate the PUNTOflex network in Europe.
The companies will enable the electronic distribution and replenishment of multiple services including prepaid international long distance and wireless services, Internet access and other telecommunication, entertainment, and media services in Europe.
More Time has commercial presence in Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland where the company offers international long distance prepaid services. Under the agreement, More Time Point’s of Sale will be integrated to the PUNTOflex Network where MoreTime’s prepaid products will be offered electronically.
