Global Access Communications Signs Strategic Partnership With Emida
Miami, June 25, 2003 – Emida Technologies and Global Access Communications (GAC), a Florida Telecommunications Holding Company, have developed a state-of-the-art Prepaid Service Distribution Platform integrated to an e-commerce portal.
The platform allows GAC to sell its prepaid products “Personal Identification Numbers (PINs)” such as: Long Distance Services (PIN free), Prepaid Services (PIN) and Prepaid Calling Cards to their existing customer base through HolaHola.net
“This initiative will expand both companies’ respective business development initiatives in the telecommunications and technology industries”, said David Brillembourg, CEO of Emida.
Emida enables the creation of a multi-level distribution network for a wide array of prepaid products (telecommunications, utilities, lodging and others). The network is integrated into any existing point of sale system in order to reach the mass market. The platform has built in inventory reception capabilities that enable the reception of encrypted PINs, manages automated inventory replenishment alerts, manages transactional and commission information between the portal’s operator, partners, and service providers.
