Extel to utilize Debisys prepaid network solution
FOOTHILL RANCH, CA – March 3, 2003 – Debisys, Inc., a leading provider of prepaid transaction processing solutions, today announced that Extel Communications selected Debisys’ transaction processing network for real-time management of customer payments. The agreement will enable Extel, a Texas-based prepaid home phone service provider, to process payments through its distribution channel via the Debisys network.
