FOOTHILL RANCH, CA – March 30, 2004 – Debisys, Inc., a leading provider of prepaid transaction processing solutions, announced today the appointment of Dennis Andrews as CEO.
The announcement follows the recent agreement to merge Debisys and eCatalystOne where Andrews was formally CEO.

Andrews brings over 31 years experience in the computer industry including 21 years with IBM including the first 7 years of the explosive IBM PC business. He has been the President and or CEO of advanced software companies since 1991 including seven plus years in Silicon Valley. He has been in Orange County since 1996 where he was the President and CEO of Subscriber Computing, Inc. which was successfully turned around and sold to Corsair Communications of Palo Alto in 1998 and most recently Axcelerant, Inc., which was successfully sold to GRIC Communications in December, 2003. Dennis graduated with honors from Penn State University with a degree in theoretical mathematics. His graduate studies were at Syracuse University and the University of North Carolina, also in theoretical mathematics.
